Meet your Coach
My name is Debbie, and I am a Christian accountability coach who is dedicated to supporting you on your wellness journey. With a deep passion for Faith and Wellness, I’ve walked the path of personal growth and health myself, and I’ve discovered that true wellness is best maintained when rooted in faith in Christ. Now, I’m committed to helping others integrate faith into their journey while embracing accountability for lasting, vibrant health.
I hold a certificate in Health and Wellness from IIN, and I’m currently working toward earning a national certification in Health, Wellness, and Fitness.
